No, I have a charter boat fishing license that covers everyone on the boat.

Do you supply fishing rods, bait, and tackle?

Yes. I supply all needed rods, bait, and tackle for the trip. If you want to bring your own you are welcomed to do so. Fly fishing is only allowed on private charters after talking to me about the details of what you want to do.

How much fishing time do we get in a 4 hour trip?

What is so great about fishing out of Palm Beach is that we are usually fishing within 15-20 minutes after leaving the dock.

Our fishing grounds off of Palm Beach and Singer Island are close to shore. Most of our fishing is between 1 1/2 to 3 miles offshore.

Do I need a fishing license?

No, I have a charter boat fishing license that covers everyone on the boat.

What do I need to bring?

Personal items such as cameras, jacket, rain jacket sunscreen, and other things you may want for a four hour trip. Bring your own food and drinks. You can bring your own cooler, the boat has plenty of room for one, or bring your drinks and put them in ours. I recommend bringing your own cooler so that when your fish is cleaned, you can put it on ice.

Do you have life jackets on board?

Yes, we have life jackets on board the boat. Most of my jackets are big bulky offshore survival jackets. I have a couple of more comfortable ski vests for children. No one is required to wear a vest, but if you want your child to wear one and you have one that they are comfortable in and used to I suggest you bring it. Just for their comfort. But again it is not required that they wear one.

Are children welcome aboard?

Absolutely. We love showing kids a good time fishing. Please keep in mind that it is a four hour trip. We try to keep them busy, even if we have to hook fish and let them reel them in so they have a good time.

Is there a bathroom on the boat?

Yes

What kind of fish do you catch?

Everyday is different and some species are more seasonal. Most common daily catches are snapper, grouper, kingfish, dolphin, and many other lesser known reef fish. We catch cobia, sailfish, shark and many others. Click on local fish at the top of the page to see pictures and more explanations of our common fish here in palm beach.

Do I need to bring a cooler?

I have a drink / food cooler on board with ice that you are welcome to use. If you want to bring your own cooler there is plenty of room. May be helpful for transporting your catch home.

Whatever you are most comfortable in. No high heels please.

Can I bring beer?

Will you clean our fish?
