Cobia are an excellent eating fish. Referred to by many locals as “Steak of the sea”. Cobia tend to follow larger species for protection and possibly scraps of food. Smaller Cobia look very similar to a Remora. Cobia can be found anywhere from inshore sandbars to offshore wrecks.
