Balistes capriscus

Gray Triggerfish are an excellent eating fish. Many people don’t mess with cleaning them because of there tough leather-like skin. There are techniques used to make cleaning them fairly easy. Triggers have large horse-like teeth in their small mouths and are not afraid to bite a
person. I had one latch on to my hand and we had to pry his mouth open with needle nose pliers because he would not let go.
